Israeli Stole This Song

Sure Israel has the weapons, the advanced technologies and everything nice, but they seem to be short on art....I do not see Arabs stealing from their art...their music does not reach most of Arabia....throughout their country, they always seem to have influenced of old Arabic music...you know Abdel Wahab, Om Kalthoum, Fayrous, and Farid Al atrash....but the impact of Arab music on Israeli culture does not end there.

It turns out that many Arabic songs have been stolen by Israeli singers and using their music for a Hebrew song...Sure, there are tons of Arabs in Israel, but they prefer to listener to the songs in Arabic...not the Arabic music used in Hebrew songs. I know this becasue I have listened to Hebrew radio and some of my family members speaks that langauge.

Here is a song, a famous song by Shirene, the Egyptian pop singer with a mellow voice had a hit song more than five years ago. The song is Ma Fish Marah was the coolest and most upbeat dance song in years. But what made it great is the voice and the style of the original singer. Now this Israeli artist wanted part of the cake. The Israeli singer might had good intentions, as I do not think they would be able to purchase the song legally, so they go on and rob the musician anyway.
