A Kuwaiti Sings An Iraqi Song Films In Egypt

Call it the Arab League song where a cool Kuwaiti singer salutes Iraqis with this song--remember Iraq and Kuwait had tricky relation in the past. It takes some guts from some A list celebrity to do such song, but she even filmed the song in Egypt. That's the story of Shams' new music video.

Ever since Shams made a music video lampooning all things form Bush and boob jobs, and she is the coolest girl in my textbook. See shams still had the swagger to maintain her status of the most awesome singer. Check out the guns she features in her music video and the way she talks to that guy who is chasing her and playing games with her.

I do not like the maids part, becasue it's a real problem men and the Gulf cheating on their spouses with the maids. I like Shams taking up this matter, when most run away from it. She is one bold woman...think the equivalent of pink, the themes she picks and bright hair colors and fashion. The male dude looks like a gay character from some San Francisco play--he does not meet the profile.

This is a good comeback from Shams, it's her style, her very own groove is revealed in this song. I love the end of the song with the Iraqi radi'h music.
